Gatomon evolves from Salamon, which evolves from Nyauramon. Gatomon is a Champion status digimon which digivolves into Angewomon in Season 01. Gatomon is tough, but has a very kind and pure heart. She is detemined and is very encouraging. Her best friend besides Kari is Wizardmon, who is killed by Myotismon. Gatomon worked for Myotismon, while not knowing that she was destined to become a Digimon World saver. As Salamon, she searched for someone she didn't know atm, so she fell into Myotismon's trap. In Season 02, Gatomon is Armor Digivolving to Nefertimon. We don't know much about gatomon, even though Gatomon has the same personality. Nerfertimon, can fly, has cat's paws and I wonder if Nerfertimon that evolved from Gatomon with tail rings would ahve them, because you don't see Gatomon's tail ring becuase it was destroyed by Pegasusmon, who was under the control of the Digimon Emporer.
